Let’s adjust our thinking —-instead of viewing Sunday as a time to attend church, start looking at Sunday as a time of ministry and outreach to our local community and an opportunity to give our very best service unto the Lord.

Safety/Traffic Team (Serve every other week)
The Safety/Traffic Team works to maintain a safe environment for people entering and exiting our parking lot. We also assist pedestrians as they walk to and from their cars, keeping them safe from moving traffic.

Greeters (Serve every other week)
As a member of the Greeter Team you will welcome everyone attending our services at each of the main entrances.  Other greeter duties include acting as tour guides, assisting guests in locating the proper classrooms for their children, and acting as hosts for other church activities.

Information Station (Serve every other week)
Our Information Station is located in the Fellowship Court. Team members will provide information regarding upcoming events to all members and guests before and after Sunday services. You will also assist them with event registration and CD orders of our services.

Ushers (Serve every other week)
As an usher of the Cary Church of God you will help maintain order during and after each service. Also, ushers assist the pastoral staff, greet guests, serve fellow believers, and help make each service beneficial to all who attend.

Hospitality Room (Serve on a monthly rotation)
The purpose of the Hospitality Room is to personally welcome all first-time guests to Cary Church of God. This ministry enables us to thank each guest for coming and to present all the wonderful aspects of Cary Church of God in a relaxed atmosphere.

Coffee Café (Serve on a monthly rotation)
Prepare to serve our guests a big dose of Southern hospitality and a fresh cup of coffee prior to Sunday services. After a quick cleanup of the area you will be ready to join the worship service.
